Making fresh apple juice is not only tastier than store-bought brands, but also healthier, cheaper, and has many more uses. All that is required is a juicer and fresh apples to start making your own delicious juice.

- 2 kg Apples
- 1 l Filtered Water
- 1 Stick Cinnamon (optional)
Juice all of the apples. All juicers are different so follow the instructions for your particular model.
Filter the juice through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth. This is not necessary but I like it because it makes a cleaner-looking product. If you don’t mind the floaty bits of pulp, then skip this step.
Put the juice into a pot with the cinnamon stick and bring to a boil. This is another step that is not necessary but it will help kill any bacteria and make your juice last longer.
